Deborah G. Mendez

35 years teaching geography in Hamilton

  • 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
  • Hamilton Middle School
  • Since 2001
  • English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I've had 1,480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Deborah

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
