Deborah C. Mendoza
Master of electrical work, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Little Stonebridge Workshop
- 1982 to 2002
- English
My trade is electrical work. I opened my own shop in 1982 in Birmingham and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I'm still learning every day.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Deborah: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
