I've cooked from 2001 to 2015, first at home, then at Old Niterói Canteen and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I always make time for a proper cup of tea. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
