I coached boxing at Benin City Lincoln Community Club from 2015 to 2025. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

You coached me in 2017. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Melbourne.
