I teach environmental science at Hillcrest Middle School in Lagos since 1993. Most days I teach primary school children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Dayo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
