Dayo Adewale Ogunleye
Music and English literature teacher, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Eastgate High School
- 1991 to 2007
- English, Hausa
I taught music at Eastgate High School in Lagos from 1991 to 2007. Most days I taught teenagers, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
