I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes street art. My first show was in 2011 at Beacon Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the changing seasons. I'm always reading two books at once.
What gifts mean to Dawit: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
