David Mwende Barasa
Mathematics and statistics teacher, Kinondoni
- 🇹🇿 Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Since 1996
- English
For 30 years I have been the mathematics teacher at Kinondoni Public School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about David
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to David: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
