My trade is auto repair. I opened my own shop in 1996 in Christchurch and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about David
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to David: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
