David Kioko Odhiambo
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Since 2016
- English, French
I've worked in blacksmithing since 2016. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 280 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to David: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
