David Gill
Finance mentor, Victoria
- 🇨🇦 Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
- Victoria Community Trust
- 1991 to 2020
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Victoria Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about David
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to David: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first finance job in 2022. I still have your notes. Greetings from Gwagwalada.
