24 years teaching computer science in Mwanza
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania
- Atlas Girls' School
- Since 1993
- English, Swahili
For 33 years I have been the computer science teacher at Atlas Girls' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about David
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to David: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
