Darshan M. Wagh
Volunteer mentor with Salem Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Salem, Tamil Nadu, India
- Salem Foundation
- Since 1989
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,890 people through Salem Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
