I've coached baseball at New Delhi Liberty Community Club since 2009. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Darshan
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
