Helping people break into leadership

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,320 people through Sakura Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Darshan: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2007. I still have your notes. Greetings from Shubra.
