Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Community Trust
- 2001 to 2012
- English, Marathi, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 640 people through Mumbai Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Darshan
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Darshan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
