Darragh E. Healy
34 years teaching accounting in Dublin
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- Dublin Public School
- Since 1982
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 44 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Darragh
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Darragh: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me accounting in 1982 at Dublin Public School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
