Danjuma Danjuma Idowu
Boxing coach, Benin City Community Club
- 🇳🇬 Benin City, Edo, Nigeria
- Benin City Community Club

For 19 years I've run the boxing program at Benin City Community Club in Benin City. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
