Danish Umar Ahmed
Volunteer mentor with Silverlake Association
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Silverlake Association
- Since 1991
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Silverlake Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Danish
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Danish: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
