Danish Shoaib Hashmi
Youth swimming coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan
- Islamabad Andes Athletic Club
- Since 1981
- English, Punjabi
I've coached swimming at Islamabad Andes Athletic Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Danish
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Danish: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
