Danish Omer Tarar
Teacher at Rosewood Secondary School, loves art
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Rosewood Secondary School
- Since 1988
- English, Punjabi
For 38 years I have been the art teacher at Rosewood Secondary School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Danish
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Danish: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
