I taught Spanish at Gateway Technical College in Riverside from 1997 to 2020. Most days I taught teenagers, and my door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Danielle: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
