I taught social studies at Willow Creek Boys' School in Leeds from 1994 to 2021. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
