I coached rowing at Bakersfield Victory Boxing Gym from 2013 to 2022. Most of my players were between 9 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Danielle
If you played for me, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Danielle: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
