I've coached cycling at Spokane Athletic Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Danielle: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
