I've coached chess at Hope Boxing Gym since 1980. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
