Daniel W. Rodríguez
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Queensway Shop
- 1984 to 2010
- English, Spanish
I've worked in pottery from 1984 to 2010. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,350 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Daniel
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Daniel: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

You fixed our roof in 1984 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Mumbai.
