I've been a nurse for 16 years, most of them in palliative care at Guadalajara General Hospital in Guadalajara. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
