For eight years I ran the rugby program at Jinja Community Club in Jinja. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Daniel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Daniel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
