Daniel Kimaro
28 years teaching Spanish in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Jacaranda Grammar School
- 1978 to 1987
- English, Swahili
For nine years I was the Spanish teacher at Jacaranda Grammar School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Daniel
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
