Daniel Henry Tijani
Taught biology at Lagos Girls' School
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Girls' School
- 1978 to 2009
- English, Yoruba
For 31 years I was the biology teacher at Lagos Girls' School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Daniel
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
