For 22 years I ran the softball program at Madrid Youth Club in Madrid. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Daniel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Daniel: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
