Daniel Alemu
Traditional drumming and accordion teacher
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Holy Cross Quartet
- Since 1980
- English
I play traditional drumming and accordion. I started in 1980 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Daniel: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

You played at our wedding in 1985 and it was perfect. Greetings from Toulouse.
