I've volunteered with Bakersfield Volunteer Corps from 1988 to 2012. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Danica: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
