Danica N. Velasco

32 years teaching French in Manila

🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
Manila Primary School
2011 to 2022
English, Filipino

Manila Primary School was my second home. I taught French there from 2011 to 2022, mostly Grade 6. Over the years I had 450 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Danica

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
