I've spent 33 years as a lecturer in sociology at Crown Institute of Technology in Tel Aviv. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Dana: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
