Damien Fournier
Mentor in software and leadership
- 🇫🇷 Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France
- Ashford Foundation
- Since 2015
- French, English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Ashford Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Damien
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
