Volunteer mentor with Northside Association

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,110 people through Northside Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Damian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
