I teach history at Valley View Primary School in Los Angeles since 2007. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I never raise my voice.
I've run the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
