Coached softball for ten years in Cairo

For ten years I've run the softball program at Cairo Athletic Club in Cairo. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
