Dafna Biton
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇱 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel
- Our Lady of Peace Trades Guild
- Since 2003
- English, Hebrew
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Jerusalem, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Dafna: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
