Daan Stijn Smit

Music and design and technology teacher, Rotterdam

  • 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
  • Beacon Primary School
  • 1983 to 1997
  • Dutch
Beacon Primary School was my second home. I taught music there from 1983 to 1997, mostly Grade 4. I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about Daan

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
