I'm a mentor in leadership. I've spent my career as a shop assistant and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Cynthia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2025. I still have your notes! Truly.
