Cynthia R. Watts
Mentor in entrepreneurship and farming

For 15 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Cynthia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Cynthia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
