Cynthia J. Weber

Mentor in first-generation students and farming

  • 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
  • Acacia Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2005
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Acacia Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
