I coached gymnastics at Rosewood Football Club from 1978 to 2009. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Crystal
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
