Mentor in law school and recovery

- 1995 to 2020

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,050 people through Unity Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Crystal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Crystal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
