Crystal E. Nguyen
Taught social studies at Buffalo Middle School
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- Buffalo Middle School
- 2012 to 2025
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 13 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Crystal
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

I'm a farmer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Haarlem.
