Cristina W. Sandoval
Engineering mentor, Laredo
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- Laredo Community Trust
- Since 2010
- English, Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 380 people through Laredo Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
