I've volunteered with Rome Community Kitchen from 1986 to 1998. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 35 people now. Everyone brings something.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Cristina
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Cristina: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
